Random Character

I don't really know why I drew this Hannibal-esque creepy guy, but the idea for this picture came to me after I realized that I had my fingers resting over my mouth (much like the bars on this guy's mask) while looking at pictures online.
I tried not to look at any pictures of Hannibal while drawing this.
He needs a name...
